TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

Genex Systems
Between September 2019 and May 2020, I took part in a 9 month internship program called the Fellows Initiative. My internship was with Genex Systems, a professional engineering services company. My jobs included:
-
Researching contracts and contract incumbents to better understand the requirements of both the contract and the proposal
-
Data mining Request for Proposal (RFP) documents and creating Proposal Management Plans to display format and content requirements
-
Producing proposal sections by both rewriting sections from previous proposals, and writing content from scratch
-
Creating and updating graphics for proposals
-
Participating in proposal review process

In Spring of 2019 as part of a capstone class, I worked with my class to produce content for the Grammy Award winning artist Lannie Battistini's new album "Moving On". My jobs included:
-
Writing a biography on Mr. Battistini for his press release
-
Working with the social media group to produce posts for his social media
-
Taking notes during meetings with Mr. Battistini
-
Producing and editing a Wikipedia page about Mr. Battistini

I worked with another student to create a guide on how to disassemble a Dell Insprion laptop and replace several key components. The project required detailed pictures and descriptions of parts and instructions so that the user could correctly replace the necessary parts.

EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT
As part of the final process to earn the rank of Eagle Scout, I had to complete an Eagle Scout project. My project was building a movable kiosk for the Wings of Dreams Aviation museum in Keystone Heights. The steps for completing the project were as follows:
-
Design a blueprint using Autodesk Inventor
-
Create a list of materials, costs, and a detailed plan for assembly
-
Present my planned project to an eagle scout project board of review. This presentation included materials, costs, fundraising, and construction steps.
-
Raise the necessary funds through a fundraising campaign
-
Instruct and supervise scouts and adults in the assembly of the final product
